The Adapt Again System™ is a practitioner-developed, evolving framework grounded in enterprise transformation experience and continuing research.
Its development does not depend only on finding evidence that supports it. Contradictions, boundary conditions, unexpected outcomes and cases the framework does not yet explain well are equally valuable.

You don't need a formal case study to contribute.
A short observation, example, contradiction or unanswered question can help test, challenge or extend the evolving framework.
We're interested in what happens when the ideas in the Adapt Again System™ encounter real organizational conditions, including evidence that supports them, evidence that challenges them, and experiences that reveal something the framework may not yet explain.
